It is a great kitchen to cook in! the master bedroom was truly lovely and the gas fireplace in the room was a treat. We used the fireplace in the living room on a couple of rainy mornings as well. We have stayed in Portland numerous times before, and we liked the location of Brad's place the most of any of the places we have stayed. Lots of great restaurants nearby and an easy walk to two grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was clean and easy to find with ample parking which was appreciated. The unit we stayed in 203 did have a smell to it, noticeable upon entering but not noticeable after being in unit, not a bad smell but not neutral either. We did try messaging through air BNB messages about early check in but they were having issues receiving messages so probably best to text hosts if you have that option. We tried logging into our tv app but we were not able to as we are from Canada and app does not work in the US, just something to be aware of, not the fault of the unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay, location was perfect for us, bed is comfy and the place felt clean, and would consider staying here again. Thanks for the accommodation!

The unit is very roomy and has a full kitchen and spacious bath. It was very quiet, comfortable and had fast wifi. The bed was comfortable and there is also a day bed if you have 1-2 additional guests. Parking was easy and we took advantage of the electric car charging to top up our vehicle. Brad was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. Overall I highly recommend the Osprey Suite!

We were charged a $100 cleaning fee (which is understandable and I’m used to it on Airbnb), but then we were asked to strip the linens, gather the towels, AND tip the housekeepers. If there was no cleaning fee and you asked us to do this, fine. But with the $100, I was annoyed by all of the extra asks. Despite this, it was a comfortable stay and I would stay there again.

But Brad went above and beyond. When he learned of my wife's disability, he actually took the time to help us into a better, more accessible room at the same location--accessible in ways we've never experienced at any other Airbnb. Between that and everything else about the place, I'd go as far as to say that this may be the best Airbnb we've ever had.

There was a secure gated parking lot, (which other locations in the area didn't offer) so we knew the car was safely parked for the week. The check-in AND check-out process was a breeze. By far, this is the best Airbnb we've stayed.
