The Space:
The suite includes two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a bright open living area with high ceilings and skylights that bring the outside in. A gas fireplace adds cozy ambiance in the living room, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to cook, entertain, or work remotely in style. Enjoy in-unit laundry, spacious closets, and beautiful design details that make it easy to settle in.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the suite, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. One reserved parking spot in our gated lot is included. Additional parking may be available upon request for $45/night.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the creative Buckman neighborhood, the Chinook Suite is surrounded by tree-lined streets, indie shops, and some of Portland’s most celebrated restaurants, bars, and coffee houses. Market of Choice is just two blocks away, and you’re a short walk to Belmont, Division, and Hawthorne Streets. Music lovers will appreciate proximity to Revolution Hall and the Aladdin Theater.
Getting Around:
Enjoy walkability, excellent public transit, bike-friendly streets, and convenient rideshare access. Downtown is just minutes away. One gated parking space is included, making it easy to come and go.

We provide seamless, contactless check-in, but we’re just a message away throughout your stay. Whether you need local tips or help with something in the suite, we’re happy to support.

The Chinook Suite is one of six thoughtfully designed apartments at VioletSuitesPDX. If you’re traveling with a group or family, we may be able to accommodate multiple suite bookings—just ask!
Parking Instructions:
Use your unique access code on the keypad mounted on a gooseneck post to the left of the gate as you arrive. VioletSuitesPDX spaces are clearly marked to your left once inside the gated lot. One parking space is included per suite; additional parking may be available for $45/night. When exiting the building on foot through the parking lot, press the garage door opener on your left to open the gate.
