Whether you’re in town for business, study, or a personal retreat, this window-free space provides quiet comfort and full amenities in the heart of Portland’s Inner Eastside.
The Space:
The Osprey Suite is a studio apartment featuring a queen bed, cozy lounge area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a small dining nook. Skylights throughout the space allow in soft natural light without exterior noise or distractions. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, and in-unit laundry adds convenience to longer stays.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full private access to the suite, including the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and one reserved space in our gated parking lot. Additional parking is available upon request for $45/night.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Portland’s creative Buckman neighborhood, the Osprey Suite places you within walking distance of acclaimed restaurants, cafes, local boutiques, and live music venues. Market of Choice is just two blocks away, and Belmont, Hawthorne, and Division Streets are each within easy reach.
Getting Around:
Portland is famously easy to explore. You’ll be close to public transit, rideshare routes, and bike-friendly streets—and with a free gated parking spot, you’ll have the flexibility to get around however you like.
Interaction with Guests:
We offer contactless check-in and check-out, and we’re always available by text or phone if you need help or local recommendations.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: the Osprey Suite does not have traditional windows, but features ample skylights for natural light. This makes it especially peaceful and quiet.

Parking Instructions:
Use your unique access code on the keypad mounted on a gooseneck post to the left of the gate as you arrive. VioletSuitesPDX spaces are clearly marked to your left once inside the gated lot. One parking space is included per suite; additional parking may be available for $45/night. When exiting the building on foot through the parking lot, press the garage door opener on your left to open the gate.
